The Lil Dutchi is a great first balance bike with 12″ inch tires and a mid-century alloy bell, recommended for minis ages 2 and up. Made of hi-ten steel frame, this bike has a classic streamlined profile combined with thinner, lighter tubing, a custom bend, polished steel handlebar and brown leatherette saddle and grips.
