Bosch lithium-ion PowerPack batteries are a versatile power source and come in a variety of models.

The PowerPack 400 Frame battery is located close to the bike’s center of gravity, for greater dynamic handling. The 400 battery is easy to charge; it can be easily removed manually or charged on the bike itself. High-quality, efficient and long-lasting, the PowerPack 400 battery is compact, lightweight, and has an extremely high power density.

Bosch’s Battery Management System detects potential error sources and protects cells from overheating.

Bosch batteries can be charged quickly and at any time, regardless of the charge level. Interruptions in the charging process do not harm the battery. The battery does not have to completely discharge before recharging.

Even if the battery has been in storage and not used for a long time, e.g. in the winter, the battery can be used without recharging it. This means Bosch rechargeable batteries do not need to be recharged after a long break in use. For longer storage, a charge status of approximately 30% to 60% is recommended.
